I thought i'd try to avoid taking the pain meds, save them for when i really need them. I have found in the past that if i start taking right away, they begin to loose their potency and i want higher doses. I have a really bad cold, and my tonsils are really swollen. I'm taking some cold medicine but like my question says is it safe to sleep whilst my tonsils are swollen? I'm a bit apprehensive about it.
