Just removed my tonsils 4 days ago. I'm so worried what will happen when my scabs get off. Will I vomit blood or bleed? And how can I keep my throat moist especially at night because when I wake up in the morning it's all dry and more painful.

My tonsils have gotten more red and alot more swollen making it very difficult for me to eat/swallow

This is my first time getting this.. I dont know what to do. Last week i was at the doctor and doctor assumed it was tonsillitis He gave me a penicillin shot, i did have white-ish spots on the right side of my throat. I wasnt really in a whole lot of pain, it was more uncomfortable than anything....

Ear infection 5 days before Tonsillectomy

My son who is 3 was just diagnosed with an ear infection and is scheduled to have tonsillectomy. The er dr said since it's 5 days away and should be ok, but still need to call dr. But do you think they'll cancel his surgery?
