Spotting for 5 days 10 days before my period was due

can someone please explain I never spot with my periods and I did have unprotected sex w/ ejaculation around my fertile time then a day after the sex I spotted for 5 days and it started 10-12 days before my period was due.. Could this be implantation bleeding???
