want to get pregnant with tb

I had a quantiferon tb gold test that find positive, dont know how i get it. But am so much worried for concive. Bcoz my doc says that treatment of tb can adversly affect on fallopian tube. Is it true? And my doc also advise me to keep away from husband till my treatment is running.
