for the past while i have been having extreme pain in the left abdomen area by the spleen. the pain gets so bad i end up crying and cant move. i am an otherwise healthy 21 year old female. i get this every couple of days and goes away on its own. any advice?

I had my appendix taken out about a year and a half about. Ever since then, sometimes during sexual activity my lower abdomen starts to build up pressure and becomes painful. Could it be scar tissue from surgery?
