body pain persist through the year

MY BODY PAIN PERSIST THROUGH OUT THE YEAR,URIC ACID 6.03,I LIKE COLD BUT CAN NOT TOLERATE IT,EVEN IN  SUMMER I  TAKE BATH  IN  WARM WATER. PLEASE GUIDE ME WITH PATHOLIGICAL TEST AND MEDICINE.
