Bright yellow runny diarreha

Has anyone ever had bright yellow runny diarrhea with left side belly pain and cold sweets . Is this a symptom of Divertiulitis. Please advise . I feel like this is killing me!!! :-( :-(

Moderate to Severe Abdominal Pain

I had a total hysterectomy done in 2004 due to a severe case of endo and adenomyosis (the endo was growing into my uterus). I still had pain in my abdomin after the surgery, so a couple months later my doc took my appendix out. The pain went away for awhile. Now the pain is back worse than ever....
