Hi im a 20 year old male and i have been having extreme adominal issues for the last 2 years. it all started my freshmen year when i got mono. every since then i have had this painful pushing out feeling in my chest below my xiphoid process. my stomach is always making noises and i have had constant diarhea. i have been to 3 specialists and still not been diagnosed with anything. had upper Gis and lower Gi's, i even had my gall bladder removed just on the chance that it helped but it didnt. i always feel bloated and have no energy. i have been tested for crohnes and celiac. i have constant stomach aches that are almost always accompanied with a swollen feeling in my throat where it is hard to swollow anything. any ideas?

well at this point nothing too specific. i was curious as to your white blood cell differentials becaused based on teh values sometimes it can help support the cause of illness. for instance if your eosinophils are high then it may signify a parasitic infection or allergic reaction. if your lymphocytes are high then that could indicate a viral infection.... the liver/ body enzymes are a whole nother ball game. so just getting a feel for whats goin on .... i was thinking possibly a pseudoobstruction in your intestins (although your symptomes arnt that simmimlar for this) or herhaps some auto-immune disease.
