Hi, if you are suffering a lot of pain ,you need to take some pain killers to relieve the tension. You may have some inflammation of inner organs, but you can’t be sure about this before you have it checked by a specialist. Have you been lifting any heavy objects lately or stretching too excessively? There could be some liver disorder, or spleen trouble. If you were sitting on cold you could have also inflammation of ovaries, and this pain can manifest on lower back too. If it persists for a few days go to see your doctor.
