abdominal fluttering pain

I can’t find out what causes fluttering sensation and pain in my abdomen. Is it irritation or muscle spasm, or something neurological? Anyway I am going to do EMG study soon. I was wonder if anyone else has the same problem, maybe would like to tell me what is the cause in his case. Thanks

Sore upper central abdomin

I have pain when I sit or lay down in my upper abdomin. It also goes to my back, It is worse after I lift weights or golf. I was at the doctor a month ago and he gave me medication for an infection. Also I found a small foreign lump in mu urine.

After returning from Iraq, I had a few episodes of blood in my stool, sometimes alot sometimes very little. a little over a year after that I had intense pains in my abdomen and many symptoms similar to Appendicitis.
