After returning from Iraq, I had a few episodes of blood in my stool, sometimes alot sometimes very little. a little over a year after that I had intense pains in my abdomen and many symptoms similar to Appendicitis. Was sent to a hospital in germany (because that is where i am currently stationed.) They found I did not have appendicitis, but took out my appendix anyways. I guess they nicked my colon which caused an infection a few weeks later and was hospitalized and had a Colon Resection done. After 10 months of being in recovery, i was returned to duty. Ever since Ive been having mild to intense abdominal pains, had an endoscopy and colonoscopy that found no reason for the pains. They told me it was probably that i was still healing. I was deployed to afghanistan where these pains continued, I had blood in my stool (bright red). Doctors couldn't do much for me there so I had to deal with it. Well apon return, i continued having the pains. I had another colonoscopy done, and they have still found nothing. The pains and blood are still occurring. The doctors are offering no help or solutions. Someday the pains make it so i can barely move. Im trying to get back to the united states as soon as possible but the army isn't making it easy. I just want to find out whats wrong with me so I can get help for it.
