Hi I am dealing with a sharp pain in my lower abdomen near my hip bone. It only bothers me really when I press down on it or when my children jump on my stomach on accident. I drink quite a bit I don't know I that has anything to do with it. Any ideas?

My daughter 14 and she has had a really bad pain in her abdominal for 3 days she weak shaking little fever like 99.8 she has had nausea and very light headed today the pain got so bad she started crying so I gave her some Tylenol and she will only eat half of her plate can you please help me .
