Are all proteins created equal?

Ok, I feel I could single-handedly take down a herd of chickens. I am so protein hungry, it's not even funny. I have been so conscious of my vitamins that I have neglected my protein intake--and I am feeling it. But, there is only a certain amount of chicken/fish I can consume. I can't eat...

Should i be taking more calcium?

Answered by a doctor

Most of my calcium intake comes in the form of milk. I probably do 2 8oz. glasses of skim milk in a day. Since I've already been the vicitim of a stress fracture once, should I be upping my calcium to help prevent a similar injury in the future?

Answered by a doctor

I would like to boost up my training and get better results. I heard of creatine. It seems like a good supplement to me. It is not illegal so we can use it. Is creatine a good supplement for swimmers? Is anyone taking creatine? If so I would appreciate if he could share his experiences with us.

Anti-oxidants for runners?

Been doing a lot of reading and found a lot of research on recovering better. I have found that anti-oxidants do help when I eat more veggies/fruits. I found that oral supplementation of anti-oxidants is a hot topic and some agree and some don't.
