trouble sleeping ?

I've been taking these pills for a week now and I have lost some weight, but I have trouble sleeping. I try to get 8 hours of sleep, but taking these pills I only get 3 or 4 hours of sleep. I take 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch. Anyone else ? Any suggestions?
