head tension - not headache

i have had a complete loss of appetite, nausea, constipation, and a very worrisome tension in my head when i stand up or when i lift my head as in from drying my hair. it is not a headache so im worried bc its gone on for 3 days. anyone have any ideas on what this sounds like?
