hi im 12 and I'm overweight i want to loose weight i exercise ALOT i play soccer and tennis and i run I'm also doing surfing and jr.gaurds and I'm overweight still I only wear basketball shorts and a baggy tee shirt and i look at others and there skinny and i am not i need help quick  :'(

Also don't take heavy food.
Running per day for some KM.

It sounds to me that you are on the right track,playing sports just be aware when you eat make sure it's not a lot of sugar,talk to your parents about parents your weight concerns and don't compare yourself to anybody else,you are a great person I'am sure,but find out what's best for you.Good luck
