I want to get into shape, but dont have the time.

I would really like to get my body into shape because i have a big event coming up around March of 2013. Unfortunately i dont have the time to go out to the gym or out for runs. Is there any simple work outs i can do daily that wont take too much time?

Am I too fat for a female 13 year old?
