I would really like to get my body into shape because i have a big event coming up around March of 2013. Unfortunately i dont have the time to go out to the gym or out for runs. Is there any simple work outs i can do daily that wont take too much time?

2 minutes is minimum time needed for this workout. Do this work out 2-3 times a day. 

Get a stopwatch or use an online stopwatch.

Set it to 40 seconds

Do intense push ups( with hands, then fists, then back of fingers and thumb)

Set it to 40 seconds

Do intense leg ups(meaning, u kneel on the floor, trying to use your legs and the face of the foot you can see to raise your body, may use hands to support ground if find difficult, you will find difficult)

Set it to 40 seconds

Do intense sit ups(make sure you are not using your legs or feet or arms to help you)

You should be able to increase this time to 1 min each, after a week, and by then you should see yourself in some shape. 

To be able to do more and tolerate more, a good habit is to run for 5-10 min crazy before each meal and increase your stamina. That's all, wouldn't take an ounce of your time. 

When you are good enough,

Do push ups, except putting your legs in the air against the wall , a good way to build shoulder muscle and back muscle.

You don't need a whole lot of time if you don't have it, to get fit. Just work more on your diet.

Hello Guys i think you right because you well know that the life is so busy and the people not have enough time for spending him/her self.But i think that you should do the exercise at least 30 mins and on this time you should doing more exercise and do it regularly with great responsibility.Thanks a lot!!
