Hello everybody.
My name is anon.. for personal reasons. I'm 5'9 & I weigh 180 pounds... I have a younger sister who is toned & she doesn't do ANYTHING. I work at it, and I'm still left disappointed.. HELP?? I need to find a quick way to lose weight, unhealthy or not, I really don't care as long as I'm skinny.

Try not to eat alot of fatty foods like burgers and all fast food restaurants. Everyday drink atleast 5-8 cups of water and eat atleast 5 servings of any fruit throughout the day, maybe even alittle more. In ur spare time try and run atleast a mile or two everyday. I promise u will lose atleast 5 pound in no time. But if somehow u don't see any progress, don't give up. Also what might help is if u eat salad, don't eat it with dressing. Just add some limes and it will tast good, also knowing that limes cut some fat away.
