Stomach, naval, I look like I am prgnant?

Any time a get pelvic pain my stomach gets very bloated making me look 4months pregnant and my naval seeps which has a horrible smell???? I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago i also had mild endemetriosis a few years ago not sure if my problem has anything to do with any of these???

menstrual like cramping for 6 days in middle of cycle

I have had menstrual like cramping for 6 days now and frequent urination. It is in the middle of my cycle and I am not pregnant. There is no fever present and I did a test from the drug store for UTI and it was negative. There is no discharge and my urine is clear. Any ideas??
