I'm concerned i did a pregnancy test aweek ago it came out positive i went to see a doctor the day before yesterday couldnt see the sac on the ultrasound so he really couldnt confirm it and yesterday i started passing brown blood and stringy clots i went back to the doctor and he told me to came back next week im still having brown blood stringy clots and mild lower back pain should i be conceened plz reply

Since the blood is brown it could be possible that it is old blood. Did the doctor say anything along the lines as yes or no that you were? Or did he do a blood test to confirm it? If you are worried about a miscarriage a book I ready called "What to Expect When You're Expecting" said to prevent a miscarriage you can prop your legs up in the air. But I would not be discouraged because it's common to have vaginal bleeding in your first trimester. Also, how far along are you? If it's really early that might be the reason why he can't see the pregnancy sac.
