How to pop this bump on my labia? I have a hard time walking

I've had this Lil bump get bigger I had a hard time walking in jeans today.. It's right on my labia I know it's from shaving I've had them before and they went away however this one has gotten pretty big... Hard to wipe the area I tried using a needle to pop it cause it doesnt have a head.....

I had a tubal ligation almost 6years ago. And I've been having fluttering in my lower abdomen for a week now. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. But I'm still feeling the flutters.
