Hi all, I am not sure what is going on just that something isn't right. I'll give some background to maybe help with what could be going on now. I'm 20 years old, I received my menstrual cycle when I was around 11 or 12 years old. My period has always been awful. Heavy longer flow, with CRIPPLING cramps. I often could not do much but lay around in tears from the pain I was in up until a couple years ago when I was put on birth control solely to help with my period. I have had headaches/migraines for as long as I can remember. I get headaches a few times a week and migraines typically 2 or 3 times a month. I've gone to the doctors for my headaches/migraines but I've only ever been prescribed medications for them, never had any real test done. My immune system doesn't seem to be the best as I seem to catch whatever's going around or that I feel under the weather more than less. Could possible only seem this way because of my headaches though as they come so frequently. I've been sick for the past month now, on and off, more sick than not sick. It started off with abdominal and back pain, severe headache, nausea and fatigue. As a day or two went by the other symptoms lightened up but my back pain remained  and later lead to my back giving out (very painful could hardly walk after) after bending down to pick up a basket of clothes. I had constant back pain for almost a week after, while again feeling exactly as I had before with the exact same symptoms previously stated a week later, only this time with mucus congestion too and an occasional sore throat. Since then I have felt almost constant fatigue with the urge to do nothing more than sleep. Again, a few symptoms return and overnight I woke up with a dry vagina. I was not discharging and my labia appeared to have little cuts that bleed when I had to pull my underwear down because my vagina was sticking to everything. It was like that was for a day or two and since then, it has gotten swollen, itchy, sore and I am now discharging brown or possibly spotting, since I am due for my period soon, stuff that looks like poop which also sticks to my vagina and doesn't wipe off easily. A similar thing happened about 9 months ago, I went to my gyno and she diagnosed me with herpes (I had sores with this) BUT I have never had sex or been sexually active before so it NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE for that to be the cause of what was going on. I was then tested for herpes and it came back NEGATIVE so they said it was a bacterial infection that got out of hand. I think of myself as a rather clean person (I clean myself down there, well aware of the do's and don't). I have a lump on my vagina, it comes and goes. It is never always there. It starts small and gets bigger then then it's gone another day but is reoccuring. It's inside on my left lower lip closest to my butt. I have also had a Doctor look at it and she was not a vagina specialist so she it would probably have to be removed (this is when I first noticed it) before I had the chance to get it removed it was gone. Shortly after it appeared again and I went to the gyno only for it to be gone, again. She said to come back when the lump did so she could look at it but I just haven't had the time with college and everything. The lump is not painful whatsoever when it does appear. I've looked it up and nothing seemed to be alarming so it hasn't brought me too much worry. I am not sure if any of the background info has anything to do with my current month long, now vagina issue sickness but I hope it helps. Any feedback or advice would be appreciated. Xxxx
