I'm only 13 years old and I just got my first yeast infection last week it's gone now but now there's a dry rash around my vagina. It's located around my labia and the labia feels dry and it has some white spots that are very dry. The rash on my skin around my vagina resembles a bunch of little red dots and some are white and it's very dry. I just noticed this today and it doesn't hurt, itch, and there are not blisters or sores. I have no idea what this is. It almost goes down to my anus but it stops around my perineum. The inside of the folds in my vulva are fine it's just the outside that is very dry. It feels a little bumpy on my skin and dry but then in my labia it just feels very dry and almost flaky. I'm really confused and worried I just got my first yeast infection and I don't know if this is related to it. It was all so abrupt getting a yeast infection then a rash shortly after. I haven't told my mom and I'm kind of embarrassed and I don't really want her to see my vagina I don't know what to do.

Listen,if you are too embarrassed to tell your mom, make up something or just tell her. But you do need to go to a doctor and get it checked out. You may have either an allergic reaction or you may be developing vaginal cancer. If you go in right now, you may be able to treat it before it spreads and causes infertility. I hope you get it treated.
