okay i am 21 years old and there is this area between my urethral and vaginal opening the re is tended to the touch and has these kind of yellow white patches and spots . it hurts to spread my labia minora and I don't know what it is , but its uncomfortable and it wasn't there last week so something is wrong and i don't have insurance or a doctor .. HELP
