Is it common to fall often while running?

I'm getting concerned with the amount of times I've fallen while running. I used to run about 45 miles a week and had fallen a few times a year - always tripping on something with my left foot. I just started running again, after a hip injury, and fell again yesterday. Is this common?

knot on left collar bone, I had breast cancer 6 years ago and had lumpectomy

i had breast cancer 6yrs ago in the left breast. had a lumpectomy. now they see a lump in left breast . going for mammo. but also over the wknd i seen this  went to get xray yesterday. i have had no fractures i do feel pain down the left side of neck and across the collar bone?
