Hi. I just got back from running an hour. had to stop about 40 times and walk though so im very unfit. I'm not looking to lose weight or anything I just started running because I thought it would be good for me considering I have mental health problems.

I just have a few questions;

Is it OK to listen to music for the first time of running?
How should I breath while running?
I'm going to run for an hour in the evenings every day should I be taking any breaks or not?

Thanks. Just want to blend in the community for some motivation to know that there's other people out there that are running.
