How to loose weight after cortisone injection
I have had many cortisone injections over the last 8 years. Last year alone I had 12 injections in hips, stomach and legs. I have gained over 30 kgs in the last 2 years and this is making life difficult. Can I loose this weight and if so how? Thank you, Anna
