After reading Kegel exercises by MariAnne, I am unsure if I should do them twice a day for 5 minutes on four counts or 3 times a day for 10 counts of 10. I would like that to be made clear.

There is a method called The Chain that will help you try to stay motivated doing this, and what that does essentially is keep you moving. What you do is just make sure you mark off one day, then the next for every day you exercise. Be sure to keep it on an actual calendar. ANy day you don't feel like working out, look at the calendar and see that you'd be breaking that chain. It helps a lot!
