I cannot talk enough about the importance of stretching before you do something like tennis or golf! It can be so painful to start tennis without actually stretching and you can really hurt yourself. I know it seems like such a waste of time but it really only takes about five minutes and it's something you can do pretty quickly and you'll feel much better the next day anyway. I know most people don't think about it but it's such a good idea not to forget.
