Are you sure that you can't do something like not age? That would be helpful! :-) It's good to know that you can at least take some preventative measures because it sounds like this isn't something that you're really want to go through because it sounds like quite a difficult thing to deal with. I'm glad that you wrote on this though because I do enjoy reading health articles so thanks for posting some of your insight on this. Thanks!

i am 14 years old and i have been diagnosed with tendonitis of the knee cap for about a year now. i have been to physical therapy. i have also been on anti-imflamatory medication. but known of this seems to help. it gets so bad tothe point where i can not move my knee. my mother is thinking about talking to my doctor about me getting surgery to fix the tendonitis. is there any other ways to help my tendonitis? please reply back to me, it would be very helpful. thank you so much!

my son has been diagnosed with severe tendonitis. the dr. said no p.e. for two weeks and the coach made him walk 15 times around the gym! i hope this doesn't makes things worst! he's been taking anti-inflamatory medication, putting ice on his knee, and resting, but still has lots of pain! how can i help him?
