Hi, guest.

Given your history of GERD, pancreas issues, nutritional deficiencies (low vitamin D and B12), and other symptoms, it's important to consult with doctors who can conduct a comprehensive evaluation. They can consider your medical history, perform appropriate tests, and possibly refer you to specialists as needed.

Here are a few steps you might consider taking:

  1. Medical Evaluation: Reach out to a primary care physician or a specialist, such as a gastroenterologist, to discuss your symptoms in detail and undergo a thorough examination. They can order relevant tests and imaging to investigate your condition further.

  2. Nutritional Support: If you have trouble tolerating vitamins due to stomach issues, discuss alternative methods of supplementation with a healthcare provider. They may suggest different forms of vitamins or injections, depending on your specific needs.

  3. Thyroid Evaluation: While you mentioned that your thyroid results came back fine, it's essential to review these results with a healthcare provider to rule out any thyroid-related issues completely.

  4. Mental Health Evaluation: Sometimes, unusual sensations, brain fog, and fatigue can be related to mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression. Discuss your emotional well-being with a healthcare professional as well.

  5. Regular Follow-Up: Continue seeking medical attention and follow-up appointments as recommended by your healthcare provider. If you're not getting answers, consider seeking a second opinion from another healthcare professional.

  6. Support Groups: Connecting with others who may have experienced similar symptoms or health challenges can provide emotional support and additional insights.
