Getting rid of spots/scarring.

I have suffered from acne for years now and I have tried everything out there to clear it up, Its now clearing pretty well, only a few spots left but I have red scarring, Anyway I can get rid of this? It tends to get better during the summer when It's sunny but I want it gone for good. Thanks.
