15 years-old. Not sexually active. One whitehead pimple for about two years above penis. The hard, white oil has increased in amount slightly, but the pimple's bump in the skin itself is very small, and always has been. Not painful at all.

I have bad acne on my back and shoulders, it seems to be going away, my skin is feeling softer on both places, but the scarring is terrible and there's still acne, just not as much as there was before.
