I sometimes shake when i drink. why is this?

i'm in college (21 too, don't worry), but when i drink i sometimes shake. its embarassing at most, and annoying.. it happens no matter my body temperature but seems to get worse if i'm cold of course. i shiver a lot when i'm sober.. could this just be my shivering intesified or something more?
