About 24 hours after having over four glasses of wine or the equivelent in other alcahol, I start to feel very weird, cant explain it too much but my heart races my left hand shakes and I feel down and have no energy, I get strange crawly feelings in my head and legs. Its hard to explain after it goes away and at the time because I look fine to everyone else! but it usually lasts for two days or so. It is ruining my life as I am begining to avoid any social life as I know this will happen again and it does. I am sure its related to the alcahol or something, and I suppose I could give that up but it still doesnt tell my why it happens to me and not everyone else.
