Oxycontin to Methadone

I am on 160mg Oxycontin every 6 hours. I have lost my medication but do have some Methadone from trying it for pain before. How may mg of Methadone should I take to compensate for the Oxycontin until I see my doctor in 10 days? I ca't stand the pain nor do I want to withdraw.

Is 4 dilaudid a day same as 12mgs hydromorph contin?

Hi I am wanting some information. I was on dilaudid for mirgrianes. My doctor changed me over to hydromorph contin (6mg). I was taking at least 4 dilaudid a day, now him changing me 2 6mgs of hydromorph contin. Is this reducing my dosage??? Thank you for the help
