Anticonvulsants include Barbiturates ( Barbexaclone, Metharbital, Methylphenobarbital, Phenobarbital, Primidone), Hydantoins (Ethotoin, Fosphenytoin, Mephenytoin, Phenytoin), Oxazolidinediones (Ethadione, Paramethadione, Trimethadione),Succinimides (Ethosuximide, Mesuximide, Phensuximide), Benzodiazepines (Clobazam, Clonazepam, Clorazepate, Diazepam, Lorazepam, Midazolam, Nitrazepam, Temazepam), Carboxamides (Carbamazepine, Oxcarbazepine, Rufinamide), Fatty acid derivatives (Valpromide, Valnoctamide), Carboxylic acids (Valproic acid (Sodium valproate & Valproate semisodium). Hi all. My doc has recently prescribed me lamactil but I’ve heard so many ugly things about it that I’m considering to tell him to replace it with other, less dangerous med. Is it true that lamactil is so dangerous and that it has severe side effects?? Thanks for info!!!

Hi, I am 28 years old and I’m taking anti-seizures drugs for migraines. I bought diet pills few days ago, but I didn’t think about interactions until today. Can I mix diet pills and anti-seizure drugs?

klonopin caused tardive dyskinesia

I was on Klonopin for eight years and stopped cold turkey. I ended up in ICU.. for four days with severe dystonia my symptoms never went away my whole body cramps up my tounge pertrudes out of my mouth,and im in severe pain I have had many tests and they have diagnosed me with Tardive Dyskinesia....
