when i move my eyes side to side..i get dissy..i can't concentrate, I am very agitated...its been really hard...i was ony taking 50 mgs..then reduced to 25 mg then cold turkey...should i cut the 25 mg in 1/2?

MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME TRAZODONE TODAY 50 MIL AND AFTER READING ALL THE LITERATURE ON THIS DRUG I'M PETRIFIED TO TAKE IT. I HAVEN'T SLEPT FROM INSOMNIA FOR A LONG TIME AND I AM GETTING SICK FROM SLEEP DEPRAVATION BUT I DONT' WANT SOMETHING THAT WILL CAUSE ALL THE HARM THIS DRUG WILL. HELP

side effects of citalopram 20 mg

I am not sure what to think about this. I have been on citalopram 50 mg and now I am slowly going to decrease the usage of it. My doctor says I should go straight to taking citalopram 20 mg. Isn't that a bit much of a jump? What are the side effects of lowering the dosage of citalopram by that much?...
