I have a severe case of "nail biting" . Since i was young i would do this and it is now ruined all my nails (feet and hands) and also have picked the skin, with nail clippers, on the bottoms of my feet . I saw that cognitive theropy helps but what else can I do for myself?

Internal Tremors

First I had panic attacks. Pscyhiatrist prescribed me Celexa. I have nausea, insomnia and internal tremors. Panic attacks have stopped, but I still have the anxiety. I get the shakes at night in bed. Are the internal tremors normal?

Hi, I am suffering from anxiety for several months already. I have pretty big stress and since then I am experiencing attacks of panic. My very good friend told me that combination of B6 and Zinc may work for anxiety. I would like to know if someone tried it already.

Head Pressure, Tired, overall feeling well

I have constant head pressure, no dizziness. Hard time to focus my eyes. I am always tired, which could be my lack of sleep. Some anxiety, which I treat with herbal supplements and that seems to work. Any thoughts?
