i started having some pregnancy symptoms like vomitting and dizzyness and stomach cramps and then was late on my period, took a test and it was negative. then i still didnt have my period. could i be pregnant!? Thanks :-)!

Some years ago I had occasionally bouts of vertigo, but recently they have been much more common--sometimes every other day. I have been to a doctor, but is anyone else having similar problems. This has become debilitating since I am anxious about driving should I have an attack.
