I recently took my birth control late, The pill I forgot was 2nd to last yellow pill

So, I recently took my birth control late. The pill I forgot was 2nd to last yellow pill. (Before the sugar pills). I take them everyday at 10:30 pm, I took it the next day at 4 and then the other 10:30 as normal. Am I safe?

from what i've read, it seems as if plan b completely messes with hormones, so nearly anything out of the ordinary (i.e. periods within two weeks of each other, nausea, etc.) isn't really an extraordinary side effect. what i'm wondering is for how long plan b generally affects a woman's cycle....

My period started on 27th June and ended on around 3rd July. Have not had period since and had a contraceptive accident just today. Should I be worried and take the plan b pill since I am pretty sure my fertile period is long over.
