HI, I would like to know more about IUI, like in which cases is it adviced? I am diagnosed with cervical dysplasia, and my doctor mentioned me this IUI method being succesful in many cervical dysfunctions. How is IUI done?

i just started my birth control pills, im on my first set. i take the pill every day and ahvent missed one. me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex alot and he cummed in me. i heard that it is possible to skip a period when just starting birth control. am i just paranoid?

I take some natural supplements one of which includes a liquid supplement called Acai'. I was curious if this interferes with the effectiveness of ortho tri-cyclen lo. I know that St. Johns Wort can, also I was curious if anyone knows of any others that may make the pill less effective?
