Sex 3 days after period took plan b 2 days later

I just recently removed my implant about 3 months now. Because we “ thought “ we was ready. May 2 start of period. May 6 end of period. May 8-9 had unprotected sex. May 10 we talked and our relationship has been bumpy so decided not take plan b on may 10th. Will plan b still work?
