can morning after pill change my ovulation dates?

I had my period then the day after it finished I had unprotected sex . I took the morning after pill and after taking the pill i spotted for about a week. Could the change the dates i should ovulate this mth.

i am experiencing very bad cramps and yesterday feb 19 I spotted not that bad tho and today I’m spotting heavier but when I use the restroom there is allot of clots. Is this normal? And I’ve taken the pill like a week ago. I’ve already had my period this month as well.
