constantly urinating no pain or discomfort

Hi, can you tell me why I would be constantly urinating I can go to toilet and its a good flow but if I sit for a while I can do more each few minutes but then I will feel the need to go again in less than 1 hour. I have no pain or discomfort. Thankyou.
