Recurring UTIs -- third time !!!

I found out today that I have a UTI and this is the third time I've had one since I was about 12 I would say .... I don't have pain or any othe side effects ... and I'm a virgin so hardly anything goes on down there with anyone but myself ............ the first two times I didnt notice anything...
