I need help!  It stings after I pee and it doesnt hurt it just is discomforting.  I dont think its an STD there are no spots on my penis and it doesnt hurt while peeing on a little afterwards any help?

Needing to urinate often?

I've been having to urinate often, and this has been happening for a week. And when I go to the bathroom and I don't need to, nothing comes out altho it burns...
