What is wrong with my bladder so I must treat UTI surgically?

Hello, guys. I have some problems with my bladder, I am not sure which one. In any case, I have frequent UTIs. My urologist recommends me to treat it surgically. I am not sure whether to do this. I would like to hear your opinion. This will mean a lot to me. Thank you in advance.
