Sanctura for my bladder problems

Hi, I am 63 years old and I have problems with my bladder. In deed I cant control my urine and I have frequent urge to urinate. I have visited my doctor last week and he prescribed me Sanctura. I have never heard about this medication so I would like to know something more about it.
